1. General Terms
Welcome to Fentas. By accessing or using any of our services and products (including Fentas Pay, Fentas Host, Fentas Topup API, and Fentas Custom Work), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
We maintain a strict No-Refund Policy across all Fentas brands. Please read the following conditions carefully:
- Change of Mind: If you purchase a product or service and later change your mind or decide you do not need it, no refunds will be provided.
- Specific Product Guarantees: If a specific product explicitly states a "Money Back Guarantee" (e.g., "Money back within X days"), only then will a refund be honored strictly within those stated terms. Without such explicit written notice on the product page, the strict no-refund rule applies.
- Service Shutdowns: If Fentas decides to completely shut down a specific server or service permanently, we will communicate with our active users and provide an appropriate refund or compensation.
3. Custom Work & API Usage
For custom development (Fentas Custom Work) and API services, usage limits and project requirements must be respected. Abuse of our API systems or violation of custom project agreements may result in immediate suspension of services without a refund.
4. Support & Communication
If you face technical issues, our support team is ready to assist. However, experiencing technical difficulties does not automatically qualify you for a refund unless the issue is proven to be an unresolvable server failure on our end.
